Genesis 9 v.12-13
1Then God said, “I am giving you a sign of my covenant with you and with all living creatures, for all generations to come. I have placed my rainbow in the clouds. It is the sign of my covenant with you and with all the earth.
The Rainbow signifies the Covenant Prayer relationship with GOD - “Are those Warriors who became the divine voices that will cry out against every foundation of wickedness. They will be loud voices of roaring lions. They will not see iniquity and keep quiet. They will not see injustice and shut their mouths. They will understand and deal with the dynamics of warfare at the celestial, (sky, heavenly bodies, sun, moon, stars), territorial and water (aquatic) levels. They belong to the company of Ephraim.
